Sir Emeka Offor Foundation builds N43 million Amenity ward for Orthopedic hospital

Sir Emeka Offor foundation, the not-for-profit foundation owned by billionaire businessman Sir Emeka Offor has concluded plans to build a 25 bed amenity ward worth N43 million for the National Orthopedic Hospital Enugu, South East Nigeria.

The amenity ward when completed would provide an additional 25-self-contained rooms thereby increasing the total bed capacity of the hospital by 10%.

Describing the construction of an amenity ward as a major boost to the hospital, Dr. Eze said the hospital currently had just one self contained room and the completion of the amenity ward would provide an additional 25 self contained rooms.

He added. “On behalf of the patients, staff and management of the National Orthopedic Hospital Enugu, I would like to express our profound gratitude for this gesture. Posterity would certainly remember Sir Emeka Offor foundation“
