ABUJA, NIGERIA, October 17, 2012 -- Global Scansystems Technology Limited, a leading Nigerian inspection agent, cargo inspector and customs examiner of imported and exported goods, today announced that the Federal Government of Nigeria has renewed its contract as a pre-shipment inspection agent for crude oil exports under the Nigerian Export Supervision Scheme. The initial contract which ran for one year expired in September 2011. The renewal, which became effective April 2012, will run for 10 months in the first instance and renewable for another 10 months.
